from the Silver Eagle shows faintly on some pieces. Production occurred in this order: (9) produced before the dies were polished (brilliant-satin). (18) struck in collar, then lightly broad-struck by polished dies (proof-like). (171) struck in collar by polished dies (156 proof-like, 5 antiqued). |
